DGAP-News: HELMA Eigenheimbau AG / Key word(s): Dividend/Change of Personnel HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: AGM approves 27 % dividend increase to EUR 1.40 per share / Company founder Karl-Heinz Maerzke switches to Supervisory Board / Contract of new CEO Gerrit Janssen extended early Lehrte, July 6, 2018 – The Ordinary AGM of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, which was held today at the company’s headquarter in Lehrte, followed the management’s proposal and approved an increase in the dividend of 27 % to EUR 1.40 per share for the 2017 financial year. All other agenda items were also approved by a large majority. The company founder and largest shareholder of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, Mr. Karl-Heinz Maerzke, was elected to the company’s Supervisory Board. Mr. Maerzke stepped down for age reasons from his position as Chairman of the company’s Management Board with effect as of the end of today’s AGM. At its subsequent meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Karl-Heinz Maerzke to be its Chairman and Mr. Sven Aßmann to be its Deputy Chairman. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board had already passed a resolution on April 12, 2018 to appoint Mr. Gerrit Janssen, who has been the Chief Financial Officer of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG since July 1, 2009, to be the Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) with effect of July 6, 2018. In addition, Mr. Janssen’s contract was extended early today by a further three years until June 30, 2022.
