SUNfarming GmbH plans bond issue
Erkner, 18 June 2018
SUNfarming GmbH, an international specialist in the realisation of turnkey photovoltaic projects, is planning the issue of a corporate bond depending on the capital market environment.
At the beginning of the new financial year 2018, SUNfarming GmbH had reached a new record order backlog of EUR 24.5 million, which is an increase of 180 % in comparison to the same date in the preceding year. The objective for the next years is to enhance the revenue and the operating result. Therefore, the proceeds from a bond issue are intended to be used foremost for the realisation of new photovoltaic power plants in Germany and abroad as well as to optimise the debt capital structure.
For this purpose, the management has instructed BankM – Representative Office of FinTech Group Bank AG to organise a management roadshow. A potential securities prospectus would be published at www.sunfarming.de. “With the possible corporate bond we would like to optimise our financing options further and put our growth in Germany and abroad on a solid base,” explains Martin Tauschke, the Managing Director of SUNfarming GmbH.
Since its incorporation in 2004, SUNfarming GmbH has covered the full EPC value chain (engineering, procurement, construction) – from planning and development to financing and construction to monitoring and servicing of solar parks. The company has a long-standing customer base of capital investors, local authorities, users of commercial and private in-house electricity generation systems as well as property-holding sister companies belonging to the Schrum-Tauschke cooperation group.
The international team of experienced commercial staff, engineers and technicians has successfully installed a capacity of over 500 MWp. In addition SUNfarming provides technical operation for over 280 MWp in Germany and abroad to third party companies. The group track record is characterised by stable income from these activities and its EPC core business.
